Technical Requirements

Stage

Minimum stage dimensions required;

• Width – 6m
• Depth – 4m
• Height  - 5m
• The stage must be clear of any wires and equipment. Please provide a stage plan clearly showing any onstage equipment that cannot be taken off during the performance e.g. monitors, lecterns etc and all entrances and exits to the stage.
• The stage must be dry and clean.
• The company must be informed of the floor type (i.e wood, carpet, raked etc) .
• There must be at least one clear entrance and exit to the stage.
• It is the Company preference to have the ZooNation logo projected onto the stage (either the backdrop or floor), where appropriate. Please inform us if this is not possible.

Set, Lighting and Sound

• For safety reasons there must be no strobe lighting, dry ice or sudden light changes during the performance.
• ZooNation can provide the music. However we will need to be informed of the format required, either CD or mp3.

Company Rider

• A towel and drinking water must be provided for each dancer.
• If the dancers are onsite for more than 2 hours snacks must be provided.
• If the dancers are onsite for more than 4 hours a meal must be provided.
• A dressing room with mirror, electricity points and lights must be provided.

ALL REQUIREMENTS ARE TO BE MET BY THE CLIENT. ANY POINTS THAT CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED ARE TO BE RAISED WITH ZOONATION BEFORE THE BOOKING CONTRACT IS SIGNED.
